Blake Street professionals have advised a large number of private company clients in both buy side and sell side transactions, assisting them in making strategic acquisitions or divestitures to advance their business plans and strategic and financial objectives. We have helped clients grow geographically, consolidate fragmented industries and expand their product lines, as well as shed non-core or under-performing assets and exit successful investments. As experienced advisors in both complex buy side and sell side transactions, we offer a direct, independent perspective to our clients' growth and other strategies. In this role, we aim to identify strategic trends, specific company acquisition opportunities, and/or assist in executing transactions already identified or in process.
